Visit the ICSECS2023 submission page <closed> to submit your manuscript. Please prepare your manuscripts according to the IEEE Conference Paper format. The manuscript should be 4 to 6 pages long. Extra pages will be charged USD25.
Your submission will be double-blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
The decision on your paper will be informed via email by the dates listed in the Home section.
